Write to [email protected]. Please never send your master password, your PIN or a backup file: we will never ask for them. If you are a TestFlight tester, you can also send a screenshot with feedback from the TestFlight app.

Getting started

Create a vault with a master password, then pick a 6-digit PIN (and Face ID if you like) for everyday unlocking. Write the master password down somewhere safe, such as a password manager. Want to look around first? Turn on demo mode: it shows sample data and never saves anything.

I forgot my master password

The vault is encrypted with your master password and we never receive it, so nobody can recover it, not even us. As long as your PIN or Face ID still works you can keep using the app. If you can no longer open the vault, the only way forward is Settings → Danger zone → Delete all data and reset vault, and starting again.

Moving to a new iPhone

Either turn on Settings → iCloud sync → Mirror encrypted backup to iCloud Drive on the old phone and use Restore from iCloud on the new one, or export an encrypted backup (Settings → Backup & Export → Export encrypted backup) and import it on the new phone. Both need your master password.

Prices are missing or old

Prices come from public market data services (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, Coinbase, Frankfurter for exchange rates). Check your connection and pull to refresh. Some symbols need the exchange suffix used by Yahoo Finance, for example VWCE.DE or NESN.SW.

Heldly Pro

Pro is bought through the App Store. To cancel or change a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone → [your name] → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the Pro screen in Heldly and tap Restore purchases.

Hiding amounts in notifications

Daily and weekly digests can show your net worth on the lock screen. In Settings → Reminders & digests turn on “Hide values in notifications”, or turn the digests off.

Deleting your data

Settings → Danger zone → Delete all data and reset vault deletes the vault, the PIN and the Face ID credential from the iPhone. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on the device. If you used the iCloud mirror, also delete the copy in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Heldly. We hold no data of yours on any server.

Scrivi a [email protected]. Non mandarci mai la password principale, il PIN o un file di backup: non te li chiederemo mai. Se usi la beta su TestFlight, puoi anche mandare uno screenshot con un commento dall'app TestFlight.

Per iniziare

Crea un vault con una password principale, poi scegli un PIN di 6 cifre (e, se vuoi, Face ID) per sbloccare ogni giorno. Annota la password principale in un posto sicuro, per esempio un password manager. Vuoi prima dare un'occhiata? Attiva la modalità demo: mostra dati di esempio e non salva nulla.

Ho dimenticato la password principale

Il vault è cifrato con la tua password principale e noi non la riceviamo mai, quindi nessuno può recuperarla, nemmeno noi. Finché il PIN o Face ID funzionano puoi continuare a usare l'app. Se non riesci più ad aprire il vault, l'unica strada è Impostazioni → Zona pericolosa → Elimina tutti i dati e reimposta il vault, e ricominciare.

Passare a un nuovo iPhone

Sul vecchio telefono attiva Impostazioni → Sincronizzazione iCloud → Sincronizza backup cifrato su iCloud Drive e sul nuovo usa Ripristina da iCloud; oppure esporta un backup cifrato (Impostazioni → Backup ed esportazione → Esporta backup cifrato) e importalo sul nuovo telefono. In entrambi i casi serve la password principale.

Prezzi mancanti o vecchi

I prezzi arrivano da servizi pubblici di dati di mercato (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, Coinbase, Frankfurter per i cambi). Controlla la connessione e trascina verso il basso per aggiornare. Alcuni simboli richiedono il suffisso della borsa usato da Yahoo Finance, per esempio VWCE.DE o NESN.SW.

Heldly Pro

Pro si acquista tramite l'App Store. Per disdire o cambiare un abbonamento apri Impostazioni sull'iPhone → [il tuo nome] → Abbonamenti. Per ripristinare un acquisto su un nuovo dispositivo apri la schermata Pro in Heldly e tocca Ripristina acquisti.

Nascondere gli importi nelle notifiche

I riepiloghi giornalieri e settimanali possono mostrare il patrimonio netto sulla schermata di blocco. In Impostazioni → Promemoria e riepiloghi attiva «Nascondi valori nelle notifiche», oppure disattiva i riepiloghi.

Eliminare i dati

Impostazioni → Zona pericolosa → Elimina tutti i dati e reimposta il vault cancella dall'iPhone il vault, il PIN e la credenziale Face ID. Eliminando l'app si cancella tutto ciò che ha salvato sul dispositivo. Se hai usato la copia su iCloud, eliminala anche da Impostazioni di iOS → [il tuo nome] → iCloud → Gestisci spazio dell'account → Heldly. Non conserviamo nessun tuo dato su alcun server.
